Gallery I
Damp on the walls, several layers of yellow wallpaper and polystyrene.
This all peels off nicely though and after stripping the layers of paint underneath the walls have dried out well.
After repairing the damaged plaster with massive amounts of fine-filler the walls polish up to a pretty acceptable finish.
Similarly the concrete floor - after removing layers of mould-ridden under-felt and carpet it dries up nicely. Luckily it's pretty flat screed and the laminate goes down well.
This room is intended as the most formal gallery so we need proper lighting and a picture hanging system. So strips and spots for the ceiling plus a nice German-sourced set of rails and clips.
