Featuring a delightful infestation of unreachable cupboards and an extensive collection of redundant electrical boxes. Wow, a 48V transformer - I haven't seen one of those for a while.

The flooring has suffered the same fate as in gallery 2 i.e. has been covered in layers of carpet and carefully silicon-sealed to eliminate any trace of ventilation.

The floor's a bit bouncy in front of the window - we were worried about damp in the timbers but it turns out the joists have all been deeply notched to get the pipes across.

The big problem in this room is going to be the chimney which we think is part of a pair, the other one in the house next door, both blocked up and consequently we have a slight damp patch on the wall.
